The room layout was frustratingly awkward and lacked privacy. The noise from nearby renovations was quite disturbing, making it hard to relax. Breakfast options were very limited, and service was slow, which made dining less enjoyable.

This is what stood out

The gardens are breathtaking, offering stunning valley views from the restaurant. The pools are excellent, and the staff is exceptional—always smiling and attentive. We loved the live music night and appreciated the efficient room service. Plus, the free shuttle to Ubud is a great touch. Can't wait to return!

The pools are absolutely stunning! We loved the beautiful gardens and the spacious villa we stayed in. Unfortunately, the main pool was closed during our stay, which was a big bummer. 🌴

If you enjoy privacy, try a villa, but be cautious of safety features. they can be tricky for children and seniors.

Had an amazing time with friends! The staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere was just right for relaxation. We enjoyed the ping pong and tennis courts, which were a blast! The buffet breakfast had a great variety and was a highlight every morning. The free shuttle service made it easy to explore nearby areas, which was a nice perk.

One downside was the noise from local kids using the pool late at night. it disrupted our relaxation at times. A little more sound insulation would definitely help manage that.

Family relaxing retreat

The resort offers a massive space with plenty of pools, 3 of them, and all kept so clean. The best part was the complimentary buffet style breakfast. A great variety that changed every day kept it interesting for the kids.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the experience, it felt justifiable.
